The Cranston Hargrove Memorial Arts Scholarship

The Cranston Hargrove Memorial Arts Scholarship, awarded to graduating High School seniors with aspirations of pursuing a career in any aspect of visual arts including — but not limited to — drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, design, photography, video/filmmaking, architecture, industrial & graphic design, textiles, and interior design.

SCHOLARSHIP DESCRIPTION

The Cranston Hargrove Memorial Arts Scholarship is to be awarded to graduating high school seniors with aspirations of pursuing a career in any aspect of cultural arts including — but not limited to — performing art, design, drawing, painting, sculpture, culinary, printmaking, crafts, photography, video, filmmaking, architecture, conceptual art, textile art, applied arts, industrial design, graphic design, fashion design, interior design, and decorative art.

ELIGIBILITY

The Brightlady Foundation and Black Jedi Zulu will arbitrarily select one or multiple high schools per year within the state of NC in which any senior art student enrolled in those particular schools with aspirations of pursuing a career in any aspect of cultural arts can apply.
